Return Policy
At Ciedera, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, it may happen that you wish to return a product. In this document, we clearly explain our return policy.
Conditions for Returns
- You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.
- Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
- Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not permitted.
- Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not allowed.
Return Process
- Register your return by emailing support@ciedera.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
- You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).
- Send the item back at your own expense, including any shipping or customs fees.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (Track & Trace).
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the return address and approved based on its condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability
- We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking shows that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
- If an incorrect address is provided, this is the customer’s responsibility.
- Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
